Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  3. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
  5. Conduct research and compile data as requested to support decision-making and project planning.
  6. Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both electronic and physical formats.
  8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive or senior management team.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant supporting senior-level executives.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software and applications.
  6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communication.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
