The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and FLSA.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, HRIS data, and employee handbooks.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience ensuring compliance in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
