Full Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team at Adversity Academy. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our programs and initiatives and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Adversity Academy’s programs and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Create compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with followers.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, design, and program management, to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and digital communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in marketing or digital communication are advantageous.
