Full Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative Associate to join our team at Adversity Academy. The Sales Representative Associate will play a key role in promoting and selling our programs and services to prospective clients and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Position Overview: Position Title: Sales Representative Associate Salary: Base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Adversity Academy’s programs and services.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  4. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the organization.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and program management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM system.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry such as education, training, or consulting.
  2. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and a track record of success in sales may be considered in lieu of formal education.
